During my career as a photographer I have met, admired the work, and enjoyed the friendship of many artists, sculptors, carvers and taxidermists whose livelihood is dependent upon correct reference material.

     It is important to me to help you with your medium in any way that I can. We sell "art reference images" as reference material  (NOT TO BE EXACTLY COPIED) of wildlife, natural behavior, wild foods and habitat. These images are not for publication, or distribution, or transference, or to be sold and must be used as reference by the purchaser only. The fee amount may vary depending on the photo, is negotiable if multiple images or poses are needed, and reflects the value of time that I spent with the subject, the skills required to get the shot and the level of difficulty or subject availability. We retain all copyrights to all images.

     Let us know which image(s) interest you and what format is the most helpful. If you do not see what you need, contact us to discuss your project. Many of the detailed images and species that we have in stock are not shown here. We will also shoot specific images on a photo assignment basis, if that is your preference.
